The S-4 is responsible for supply management. Specific duties are:

1. Manage and maintain the supply room in a neat and orderly fashion.
2. Requisition, maintain, and issue supplies and equipment under the direction of the Military Property Custodian.
3. Assist the PMS Â in conducting regular and special inventories of supplies and equipment.
4. Organize the issue and turn in of uniforms, and maintain clothing records.
